摘　　要：本文介绍了网络环境下产生于各种制作主体的目次数据的特征,阐述了图书馆进行中文图书目次数据建设的方式及利弊,介绍了国际上以图书馆界共建及跨行业合作两种形式进行书目数据建设的发展情况,在此基础上,提出以书目数据共建平台为依托,整合各方力量进行目次数据建设的方案。The article is to exhaustively introduce the characteristics of tables of contents generated by diversified content producers under the network environment,illustrate the construction way and its pros and cons in terms of tables of contents data for Chinese books in public libraries,and further describe the international development of bibliographic data construction by two forms-library co-construction and cross-industry cooperation.Finally,on the basis of our research,we are to propose a program that integrates all other resources to construct the tables of contents data under the support of bibliographic data co-construction platform.
