摘 要:在分析转动导杆—齿轮式叶片差速泵驱动原理的基础上,进行其三维建模与结构设计,确定了转动导杆—齿轮式叶片差速泵驱动系统的技术参数,研制了其原理样机。建立转动导杆—齿轮式驱动系统力学模型,确定了其工作阻力矩的变化规律。构建了转动导杆—齿轮式叶片差速泵的原理样机实验平台,测试了其排液与困液状况。实验结果表明:转动导杆—齿轮式叶片差速泵能够实现排液与吸液,其驱动设计与结构设计正确。Based on the analyses of rotating-guide-bar and gear mechanisms assembled driving system of differential velocity vane pump, a 3D simulation model and its structure design were made. Its technical parameters of the driving system was determined and the prototype was developed. A mechanics model of the rotating-guide-bar and gear mechanisms assembled driving systems was established and the variation law of its work resistance torque was obtained. Its experimental research platform of the prototype on differential velocity vane pump was set up to test the situation of draining and aspirating fluid. The results show that the differential velocity vane pump with rotating-guide-bar and gear mechanisms assembled driving systems can achieve the function of draining and aspirating fluid and the driving design and its structure design are proven to be correct.
