摘  要:针对汽车变速器下线产品质量检测过程中人工检测存在的客观性差异,以及对故障定位不准确的问题,设计并开发了一种基于阶次分析理论的变速器在线质量检测系统。该系统运用阶次分析理论对振动信号进行有效的特征提取,并运用遗传搜索策略对高维特征向量进行特征选择,以提高故障判别的效率和准确率。为解决系统的通用性问题,还提出了一种通用的变速器结构建模方法。在某变速器生产企业的实际应用,验证了提出的检测方法的有效性和准确性,证明了该方法可实时按工况对变速器产品进行质量检测。对于有质量缺陷的产品,该方法可指出其故障类型和故障位置。During the process of new transmission product quality inspection, location of the faults of transmission is hard and subjective by manual detection. To solve these problems, an online fault diagnosis system was designed and developed, which was based on the theory of order analysis. A general modeling method was proposed and fault features were extracted based on the theory of order analysis. High--dimensional feature vector was compressed by using GA algorithm in order to classify the faults effectively. A general modeling method was proposed in order to improve versatility of the system. The validity and the accuracy of the algorithm proposed herein were proved by applications in a transmission enterprise. The system can diagnose transmission's faults by operating mode and locate the fault position if the transmission has quality defects.
