摘  要:对45CrNiMo1V球齿钎头钢的热处理工艺参数进行了研究,并通过多冲击疲劳试验,硬度测试及金相组织和疲劳断口观察,对所制定的热处理工艺进行了验证。结果表明,45CrNiMo1V钢在880℃油淬、580℃油冷回火的热处理下,其多冲击疲劳寿命较高,钎头壳体硬度平均值为45.5HRC,完全达到工艺要求。Heat treatment technique for column button drill bit steel 45CrNiMo1V was studied,as well as repeated impact fatigue and hardness test and observation of microstructure and fracture surface were applied to verify the heat treatment technique.Results showed that repeated impact fatigue lifespan was longer when 45CrNiMo1V steel were oil quenched at 880℃ and oil tempered at 580℃,and the average hardness of bit shell reached 45.5HRC,which completely met the technical requirements.
