薛湖选煤厂筛分作业问题分析与改造

摘　　要：分析了薛湖选煤厂原煤性质,指出了该厂筛分作业在实际生产中所存在的问题,筛分作业效率不高影响了选煤厂后续生产,导致精煤产率降低。通过技术改造,用香蕉筛替代博后筛后成功解决了这些问题。The paper analyzed the properties of the raw coal in Xuehu Coal Cleaning Plant,and pointed out the problems existing during the sieving operation.Low efficiency of sieving operation influenced the following production,and resulted in the reduction of the cleaned coal.After technical reconstruction,the bohou screen was replaced with banana screen to solve the problems successfully.
