摘　　要：经济金融化导致主要资本主义国家的劳资利益关系呈现出资更强、劳更弱的格局。这些国家所奉行的新自由主义理论与实践是导致劳资利益关系变化的主要原因。金融化所带来的"股东价值"支配地位和公司治理结构的变化,以及金融业的日益膨胀也是形成劳资利益新格局的重要原因。Financialization leads to a stronger capital and weaker labor pattern Labor - Capital relations in main capitalist countries. The Neo -liberalism theory and practice that these countries are pursuing is the main reason. The ＂shareholder value＂ orientation and the changes of corporate governance structure brought by Financialization, and the swelling of the financial industry are also important reasons.
