中国与中亚国家安全战略异同与20年合作绩效评价

摘　　要：安全合作是中国与中亚国家合作的重要方面。中国与中亚国家建交20年来安全合作成果显著。不过,时而也会产生一些问题。通过分析20年来各国安全战略和安全政策的异同点,可以看到产生问题的原因20年来,经过有关各国共同努力,保证了中亚地区和中国与中亚国家边境带的稳定以及在重大安全问题上的相互支持与帮助,这是合作绩效的最大亮点。Security cooperation is an important aspect in the cooperation between China and the Central Asian countries.They have made remarkable achievements in security cooperation since establishing diplomatic relations between them.However,there occurred some problems sometimes.Through an analysis of the similarities and differences of their security strategies and security policies over the past twenty years,we have found out the causes of the problems.For twenty years,their common efforts have guaranteed the stability in the Central Asian region and the border areas between China and the Central Asian countries,and their mutual support and help have been indispensable.This is a highlight in their cooperation performance.
