复方红参肽原液电离子导渗对女性面部肤质改善的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方红参肽原液电离子导渗对改善女性面部肤质的有效性。方法 60名健康女性志愿者,随机分为普通治疗组、加强治疗组、空白对照组各20名。普通治疗组接受红参肽电离子导渗治疗5次,7d1次,共计35d;加强治疗组接受治疗10次,4d1次,共40d;空白对照组不做任何治疗。对三组志愿者在试验前后进行面部皮肤状态问卷评分;Visia皮肤检测仪测试面部皱纹、纹理、毛孔;德国ck皮肤检测仪测试面部水分、弹性、红血丝、色素。结果问卷评分显示:普通及加强治疗组皮肤均有明显改善(P<0.05)。仪器检测显示:普通治疗组皮肤纹理、毛孔、水分、弹性改善明显(P<0.05),加强治疗组皮肤纹理、毛孔、水分、弹性、皱纹、红血丝改善明显(P<0.05)。结论红参肽原液电离子导渗可一定程度地改善女性面部肤质,改善的程度与治疗的频率、次数有关。Objective To study the effects of red ginseng peptide ionotherapy on female facial skin properties. Methods Sixty volunteers were randomly divided into basic treated group ,special treated group and control group. The basic treated group accepted 5 times treatment, once a week. The special treated group accepted 10 times treatment, once every 4 days and no treatment for the control group. Visia and CK complexion analysis system and questionnaires were used for assessment before and after the treatment. Results Questionnaires results revealed that red ginseng peptide ionotherapy was effective （P〈0.05） Complexion analysis system results revealed that evenness, pores, moisture and resilience improved signficantly in basic treated group （P 〈 0.05）, while in special treated group wrinkles, and telangiectasia improved significantly besides evenness, pores moisture and resilience （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant changes in the control group. Conclusion Red ginseng peptide ionotherapy can improve the female facial skin, the enhance treatment is more effective
