Revlite激光PTP模式治疗顽固性文身临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价Revlite激光PT(Pphotoacou stic therapypulse)模式治疗顽固性文身的临床疗效和安全性。方法 24例顽固性文身患者,采用RevliteQ-开关Nd:YAG激光,PTP模式治疗,光斑直径4mm,能量13J/cm2,2Hz或光斑直径6mm,能量5.9J/cm2,2Hz,共治疗5次,每3个月1次。由两名固定医师对照每例患者照片对文身色素清除情况进行评分。结果经过5次治疗后,12.5%患者文身色素清除等级4(76%～95%),42.4%患者文身色素清除等级3(51%～75%),36.8%患者文身色素清除等级2(25%～50%),8.3%患者文身色素清除等级1(0%～25%)。结论 Revlite激光PTP模式治疗顽固性文身临床疗效显著,安全性好、不良反应少,可供临床选用。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the treatment of resistance tattoos with Revlite laser PTP mode. Methods Twenty-four patients （skin type IV-V, mean age 29） with resistance tattoos were enrolled. The lesions were treated with the Revlite Q-Switched Nd：YAG laser PTP mode （spot size 4 mm, fluency 13 J/cm2, and a pulse repetition rate of 2 Hz or spot size 6 mm, fluency 5.9 J/cm2, 2 Hz）. Five treatment sessions were performed for each patient 3 months apart. Comparative photographs were taken using graded on a 5-point scale to identify the clearance of tattoo lesions. Side effects were recorded at each follow-up visit. Results Twentyfour cases of resistance tattoos obtained different degree of improvement were treated by 5 times. According to the over-all evaluation by dermatologists, 12.5% of the tattoos showed clearance of grade 4 （76%-95%）, 42.4% of grade 3 （51%-75%）, 36.8% of grade 2 （26%-50%）, 8.3% of grade 1（0%--25%）. Conclusion Revlite laser PTP mode is effective and safe in the treatment ＆resistance tattoos, the side effects was rare, thereby Revlite laser PTP mode provide the patients with resistance tattoos an additional new therapeutic option.
