摘  要:针对具有轴径混合通风结构双馈异步发电机的通风发热问题,根据其通风系统的结构特点,建立集总参数的通风数学模型。通过此模型对电机内各风道的通风流量分布进行计算,并进一步分析转速及径向风道结构尺寸等因素对流量分布的影响。将通风计算结果作为边界条件,采用有限单元法对电机转子的温度场进行计算。计算结果表明,各径向风道的空气流量会随转速的升高而增加,各径向风道的流量分布可通过改变各风道的宽度来进行优化。集总参数的通风模型可有效用于电机通风的优化设计。In order to research the ventilation and heating problem for doubly-fed induction generator with axial and radial ventilation cooling system, a lump parameter mathematical model for ventilation was established, according to characteristics of fluid-flow of the electrical machine. The model was used to calculate the volume flow rate in each ventilation duct of the generator. Meanwhile, effects of rotor speed and wide of radial ventilation duct upon volume flow rate were also studied. Finally, results of ventilation calculation were used as boundary condition for rotor temperature field study by finite element method. The results show that volume flow rate of each radial ventilation duct increase with the increase of rotor speed. Volume flow rate distributions can be optimized by changing the width of each radial ventilation duct. Lump parameter model of ventilation is an effective mean for optimization design for electrical machine ventilation systems.
