摘 要:文章介绍和分析了浙江省电力公司原有三级通信传输网状况、电力系统当前业务需求特点、传输网络技术发展特点和趋势,提出技术上采用ROADM/TMUX+MSTP、组网方式采用核心层、汇聚层、接入层的一体化网络建设模式。从设备板卡级、波分层面、MSTP层面和业务层面进行网络可靠性设计,带宽和容量选择,以及关键技术实现等给出网络建设方案。按照该方案建设的浙江省电力公司三级传输网,能显著提升各类新业务的接入和安全保障能力,是浙江省电网运营和发展的坚强支撑和保障。The article introduces and analyzes the old transmission network in Zhejiang electric power company, current services needs in power system, the technology characteristics and development tendency of transmission network. It also puts forward a new building mode which adopts ROADM/TMUX+MSTP and three layers for network topology. At last, it gives detailed project scheme including network reliability design from equipment cards, ROADM, MSTP and services, bandwidth and capacity selection, and implementation of key technology. The new III transmission network in Zhejiang electric power company was built according to this project. It significantly promotes the accessing and security abilities of each new service, providing powerful support for Zhejiang Grid operation and development.
