摘　　要：文章分析了咸宁电力交换网的现状,结合现有网络,提出了基于软交换的NGN组网方案,探讨了NGN软交换在咸宁电力通信的应用。文章的研究内容对于如何充分利用原有投入并结合本企业网络现状将现有网络向NGN软交换网络平滑演进,有着较强的针对性和重要的现实意义,对各电力企业改造通信网络、制订通信规划具有一定的参考价值。The current status of Xianning power switching network is analyzed in this paper. Combining with the existing network, a NGN networking program based on softswitch is proposed, and the NGN softswitch application in Xianning power communication network is discussed. How to take full advantages of previous investment, combine the current situation of enterprise network and gradually transit from the existing network to NGN soflswitch network are discussed in this paper, which has a highly targeted and important practical significance. It provides reference value for the power companies to renovate communication networks and formulate communication plans.
