摘　　要：随着我国城市化的加速推进,当前在我国城市管理中出现了一个亟需跨越的"U"型峡谷,即:城市发展的高速度与相对较低的城市管理自我更新水平之间,以及市民对生活品质的高要求与相对较低的城市管理问题解决水平之间始终存在着难以逾越的鸿沟。而近年来实施的数字城管则为跨越"U"型峡谷提供了有效途径。With the fast development of our city,the ＂U＂-type gorge have appeared in city management,which is the wide gap between the fast speed of city development and the relatively lower self-renewal level of city man- agement, the high requirements of citizen upon life quality and the lowly-level ability of solving problem. However, the digital urban management put forward an effective way across the ＂U＂-type of the city management.
