摘　　要：依托于高等院校建立的农业科技园区具有独特的人才、科技和成果等优势,更是高校实现产学研的新途径。本文结合浙江大学(长兴)农业科技园建设的实践,分析了高等农业院校参与农业科技园建设的战略意义,并针对目前大学农业科技园建设存在的问题,提出科学发展的对策,以期促进农业科技园的健康、稳定发展。Agricultural Science and Technology Park, supported by universities, has particular advantages on talents, technology and achievement. Furthermore, it is a new path of industry-education-research cooperation in universities. In combination of the operation of Zhejiang University （Changxing） Agricultural Science and Technology Park, the strategic importance of the participation of universities in the construction of Agricultural Science and Technology Park was ana- lyzed in this paper, which aimed at putting forward scientific countermeasure to promote healthy and stable development of Agricultural Science and Technology Park.
