摘　　要：通过借鉴前人关于外商直接投资与区域经济可持续发展的研究理论,对宁波外商直接投资状况及其与经济可持续发展的关系进行研究,分析了其积极作用和消极影响,提出了进一步提高外资质量和水平促进宁波产业结构优化升级和经济可持续发展的一些建议。This paper takes notes of previous studies on relations between FDI and sustainable development of regional economy, then does research on this issue taking Ningbo as an example, and discusses positive and negative effects of FDI on Ningbo＇s economy, and finally puts forward some suggestions on how to improve FDI＇s quality and level to promote Ningbo industry structure optimization and economic sustainable development.
