摘　　要：为解决中低收入阶层住房问题,美国等国家和地区制定了一系列行之有效的住房保障政策,积累了许多经验,对我国解决中低收入群体住房有很多启示,借鉴他们的先进经验,对完善武汉市中低收入群体住房保障制度提出了具体建议。In order to solve the housing problems concerning lower-middle class,U.S and many countries and regionshave established a series of efficient housing security policies and accumulated considerable experiences,which would be inspirationsfor China to solve its own lower-middle class housing problem.Using those experiences as reference,some specificsuggestions are put forward to perfect the housing security system for lower-middle Class in Wuhan city.
