摘　　要：东洞庭湖自然保护区的公众参与已取得了一定成效,但还未形成健全的法律机制,存在如公众参与意识不高、公众参与的法律依据不足等诸多问题。因此,有必要从加强宣传教育、加强公众参与湿地保护的立法、建立健全东洞庭湖自然保护区公众参与相关制度等方面,完善东洞庭湖自然保护区的公众参与机制,真正使公众参与在东洞庭湖湿地保护区的环境治理中发挥应有的作用。We have made some achievements in the work of public participation in the East Dongting Lake Na ture Reserve. However, there is still not a sound legal system for it and there exist some problems such as low aware ness of public participation and insufficient legal base for public participation. This paper suggests that we can im prove public participation system in the East Dongting Lake Nature Reserve by strengthening publicizing and educa tion, establishing law for public participation and making participation can play an important role in environmental ture Reserve. relevant systems for public participation.
