摘　　要：射血分数正常的心力衰竭(HFNEF)常见,超声心动图一直是主要的非侵入性诊断方法,但由于缺乏理想参数,使用上受到限制。近年来研究表明组织多普勒E/E’指数与左室充盈压及脑钠肽有良好相关性,用来正确诊断HFNEF,甚至在心房颤动病人,E/E’也是心血管疾病预后的强预测因子。Heart failure with normal ejection fraction（HFNEF） is common.Echocardiography is the primary non-invasive diagnostic method for HFNEF,but it is not widely used.In the past few years,studies have shown that the tissue Doppler E/E’,a non-invasive estimate of left atrial filling pressure,can be applied to assess HFNEF in atrial fibrillation patients.Tissue Doppler E/E’is a potentially useful independent prognostic predictor of cardiovascular diseases.
