摘  要:阴离子表面活性压裂液在低渗透砂岩储层改造中增产效果显著,由于成本较高限制了大规模推广应用。从室内和室外取样进行研究,阴离子表面活性压裂液变速剪切性能、黏温性能等实验显示:不同剪切速率下的阴离子表面活性压裂液停止剪切后,其黏度迅速恢复至原来数值,具有较好的变速抗剪切特性;升降温度实验测得阴离子表面活性压裂液在80℃左右黏度最高,温度升降对其黏度影响不大;长时间放置的阴离子表面活性压裂液,机械杂质对其黏度基本没有影响,证明该类液体具有循环应用的物质基础。现场回收的阴离子表面活性压裂液耐温及伤害性能检测显示:回收液体的黏温曲线变化同初始配制的该类液体黏温曲线差别不大,均能够满足携砂要求;回收液体对储层基质伤害程度同初始液体相近。现场应用证实,回收液体能够满足压裂施工要求,可以有效降低施工成本。Anion surfactant fracturing fluid has obvious effects on production increase in low-permeability reservoir stimulation. Because of the high cost, its large-size application and popularization is limited. The experimental studies of the fluid on its viscosity-temperature and varible-speed shearing resistance performances according to the indoor and outdoor gathered samples show that after the shearing of the fluid under different shear rates, its viscosity rapidly recover to the normal value, so it possesses much better characteristics of varible-speed shearing resistance ; the viscosity of the fluid is the highest at 80 ~C measured by temperature rise and fall tests, so the temperature changes have less serious impacts on its viscosity; For the liquid laid up for a long time, the mechanical impurities have no impact on its viscosity, thus it is proven that the liquid possesses the physical basis for the cyclic applica- tion. The measurements of temperature-resistant and damage property of the liquid recovered from the field show that : the viscosity-temperature curves of the recovered liquid change less with the ones of the initially prepared flu- id, all the requirements of sand - carrying can be met ; the damage of the recovered fluid to the reservoir matrix is similar with that of the initial fluid. The field application shows that the recovered fluid can meet the requirements of fracturing operation, and moreover the cost can be effectively reduced.
