摘  要:大庆海拉尔油田部分储层埋藏深、温度高、非均质性差和泥质含量高,压裂施工压力高、压裂改造困难,导致低砂比时砂堵,甚至出现压不开的情况,施工成功率仅为80%。通过制备复合型延缓交联剂,利用pH控制交联剂释放,有效控制了压裂液中瓜尔胶的交联时间,改善了压裂液中交联网络的结构和流变性,降低了压裂液施工过程中的沿程管路摩阻,提高了压裂液在储层中降滤失性能,解决了海拉尔油田深度埋藏复杂岩性储层的压裂改造成功率低的问题,现场施工成功率达到96%以上。Due to the deep embedment, high temperature, high shale content and heterogeneity of the partial res- ervoirs in Daqing Hailar Oilfield, the fracturing operation pressure is rather high, so the simulation is proved to be difficult. Thus the sand plug takes place when the proppant concentration is low and even worse the formation is not fractured, the operation success ratio is only 80%. By means of preparing complex delayed crosslinking agent and with the help of the cross-linker release controlled by pH, the crosslinked time of the guar in the fracturing fluid can be effectively determined, Both the structure of the crosslinked net and the rheological behaviors of the fractu- ring fluid are improved, the friction along the pipes is reduced during the fracturing operation and furthermore the property of fluid loss reduction is increased. In a word, the problem of low fracturing simulation's success ratio is solved for the deep reservoirs with complicated lithology in Hailar Oilfield ; the success ratio of the field operation is more than 96%.
