摘 要:针对萨北过渡带原油黏度大,含蜡、胶量高,单纯注水开采难度大的特点,开展了3注7采的微生物驱油现场试验。现场共注入微生物菌剂和营养剂的混合液9600m3。在微生物驱后的16个月内,注入、采出液的监测指标(有机酸质量浓度,界面张力,原油蜡、胶质量分数和族组成等)均显示出微生物地下发酵的迹象。微生物驱试验区含水率由试验前的94.19%下降到91.74%,降低2.45个百分点,阶段累计增油量2743.8t,阶段提高采收率2.7%,投入产出比为1:8。试验表明微生物增效水驱投入成本低、施工简便、生物环保,为水驱油藏高效开发探索了新途径。Focused on the features of high-viscosity, high paraffin & wax contents and difficult-to-produce by sin- gle water flooding for the crude oil in North Saertu Transitional Belt, 3-injector and 7-producer field test is conduc- ted by microbial flooding. All together 9 600 m3 belended liquid by bacterial solvent and nutrient is injected. With- in 16-month microbial flooding, the measuring indexes of the produced liquid such as organic acid content, interfa- cial tension, paraffin and colloid contents, group composition and so on of the crude oil all show the evidences of underground fermentation of the microorganism. The water cut of the testing area drops from 94.9% to 91.74%, the decreased degree totally reaches 2.44% ; the interval incremental oil production is up to 2 743.8 t, the stage EOR is 2.7%, the input-output ratio is 1: 8. The experiment shows that the technology is low-cost, simple in op- eration, biologically environment-frendly, and furthermore the new way to enhance the oil recovery has explored for the high-efficiency production of water-flooded oil reservoirs.
