摘  要:针对喇嘛甸油田二类油层聚驱开发中,采用单一高质量浓度段塞注入方式对低渗透层动用相对较差、同时聚合物用量相对较大的实际问题,从理论上论证了交替注入改善注聚剖面的作用,结合室内研究成果,通过开展聚合物驱多段塞交替注入现场试验,进一步论证了交替注入的可行性。在现场试验中,优化了交替注入的聚合物相对分子质量,并对交替注入的注入质量浓度进行了单井个性化设计,优化了交替注入周期,同时,根据生产动态变化进行了交替注入与分层测调等调整措施相结合的跟踪调整。交替注入后,在保证开发效果的前提下,减少了聚合物干粉用量。试验表明:交替注入能够改善二类油层聚驱开发效果,降低注聚成本,具有较高的推广价值和应用前景。In view of the actual problems of relatively poor developed low-permeability reservoirs by single high- mass-concentration slug injection and comparatively larger amount of polymer consumption in the polymer flooding of Class 2 oil reservoirs in Lamadian Oilfield, the effects of the alternative injection in improving polymer-injected profiles are discussed theoretically. Integrating with the studied results of indoor tests, with the help of the multi- slug alternative field injection tests of polymer flooding, the feasibility of the injection has been further demonstra- ted. In the field tests, the relative molecular weight of the alternatively injected polymer is optimized; at the same time, the injected mass concentrations of the operation are designed individually and moreover the injected cycles are optimized. In addition, according to the production performances, the tracking combined adjustment of the al- ternative injection and seperated layer test-adjustment etc. is conducted. After the alternative injection, on the premise of ensuring production effects, the amount of the consumed polymer dry power is reduced. The tests show that the alternative injection can improve the development effects of the polymer flooding in Class 2 oil reservoirs and lower the cost of injected polymer, so the recovery measure possesses much higher popularized value and appli- cation prospect.
