摘 要:为了从热带原始雨林土壤中筛选得到抗香蕉枯萎病的高效生防放线菌。采用平板对峙培养,盆栽防效和田间防效试验等方法,从海南吊罗山原始林区土壤样品分离的385株放线菌中筛选出了16株对香蕉枯萎病菌具有拮抗活性的放线菌,其中DL-28和DL-24菌株具强抑菌活性。盆栽防治试验结果表明:接种100天后,菌株DL-28和DL-24对香蕉枯萎病的平均防治效果分别达83.65%和76.51%。田间防治试验结果表明;香蕉定植7个月后,菌株DL-28和DL-24对香蕉枯萎病的平均防效达46.5%和60%。In order to sift Actinomyces efficiently against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Cubense from virgin forest, antagonistic assay in plates, potted control effect test and field trials were conducted. 385 strains of Actinomyces were isolated from soil samples which were collected from Diaoluo Mountain virgin forest, 16 strains of these Actinomyces were proved to have resistance to Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Cubense, and strains DL-28 and DL-24 had prominent bioactivity. The results of potted control effect test showed that the average control efficacy of DL-28 and DL-24 against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense was 83.65% and 76.51% . And result of field trials demonstrated that after the bananas were planted 7 months, the average control efficacy of strains DL-28 and DL-24 against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense was 46.5% and 60%.
