白鲜皮药理作用的研究进展

摘　　要：白鲜皮具有清热燥湿、祛风解毒等功效,主治湿热疮毒、黄水淋漓、湿疹、风疹、疥癣疮癞、风湿热痹、黄疸尿赤。综述了白鲜皮近20年来在抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗炎与抗变态反应、抗溃疡、抗冠状动脉粥样硬化、保护肝脏和神经等药理作用以及白鲜皮中活性成分——白鲜碱、梣皮酮(fraxinellone)和黄柏酮研究进展。Dictamni Cortex has the curative effects on clearing heat, eliminating dampness, dispelling pathogenic wind and detoxication. It was primarily used on treating damp-heat abscess, yellow water dripping, eczema, urtication, scabies sores toad, rheumatic attack syndrome, and jaundice with red urine. This article has reviewed its not only the pharmacological effects of its anti-bacterial, anti-tumor, anti-inflammation, anti-allergic reaction, anti-ulcer and anti-ath- erosclerosis as well as protecting liver and nerve, but also the research progress on its active components： dictamnine, obacunone and fraxinellone in recent 20 years.
