西部省区参与国际区域经济合作的效应分析

摘　　要：分析和评价了西部大开发过程中新疆参与中亚区域经济合作机制(CAREC)、云南和广西参与大湄公河次区域合作机制(GMS)的经济效应,发现CAREC和GMS对地区经济发展和区域内贸易扩大的促进作用显著,西部地区与中亚和南亚的经贸联系愈加紧密。提出了新一轮西部大开发过程中国际区域经济合作的重点。The economic effects of Xinjiang＇s participation into Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation （CAREC） , and the participation of Yunnan and Guangxi into the Great Mekong Subregion Cooperation （GMS） during the development of the western regions are analyzed and discussed. The authors find out that CAREC and GMS have significantly promoted the regional economic development and the expansion of intra - regional trade, and there are closer ties in the trade relations between western regions with central and south Asia. The emphases of international regional economic cooperation in the new round of China＇s western development are proposed.
