摘  要:针对燃煤过程中通过烟气释放的CO2对环境污染问题,围绕如何控制烟气中CO2的排放问题系统地研究,以期为燃煤烟气的净化提供积极有效的途径。目前,氨法吸收燃煤烟气中的CO2相对优势较大,具有高效率,低能耗,副产物资源化等优点。采用氨法吸收模拟烟气中的CO2,考察反应温度、氨水浓度、气体浓度、高碳化氨水等条件对反应速度和脱除率的影响。结果表明,随温度和氨水浓度的增大,反应速率增大,脱除率增加;气体浓度增大,吸收速率增大,脱除率减小;不同碳化度氨水(R=0~200)对CO2吸收有影响,碳化度(R)越小吸收效果越好。In this paper,through CO2 released by flue gas release during coal combustion on the problem of environmental pollution,around to find how to contral the flue gas CO2 emissions systems,and purify of flue gas in order to provide a positive and effective way.Currently,study on removal of CO2 in coal-fired flue gas has advantages of high efficiency,low energy consumption and many by-product resources.The effects of temperature,ammonia concentration,CO2 were investigated gas concentration,carbonized ratio on removal of CO2 by ammonia method.The results show that the removal efficiency of CO2 were investigated by ammonia absorption and the reaction velocity increase with the increase of ammonia concentration and temperature.The carbonized ratio has a significantly negative effect on removal of by ammonia method,the higher carbonized ratio,the lower removal efficiency.
