摘  要:中国是以火力发电为主的国家,自改革开放以来,随着生产生活水平的提高,中国的用电需求量不断提高,随之而来的是耗煤量及SO2排放量的不断增加,SO2污染严重,对生态环境、人民生活、社会发展造成了巨大损失。环境污染是制约中国经济发展的一个重要因素。因此SO2减排势在必行。氨法脱硫与其他方法相比,具有较高的脱除率和反应速率。文章采用空塔喷淋的方法,以NH4HCO3溶液为吸收液,考察了吸收液浓度、氮硫比、滞留时间对脱硫效率和反应速度的影响,选择出适宜的反应条件。结果表明,吸收液浓度越高,反应速率越快,脱硫效率越高;随着SO2浓度增高,反应速率加快而脱硫效率降低;在雾化程度越高、滞留时间越长时,脱硫效率越高。China is thermal-based countries,since the reform and opening up with the production and living standards improve,China's electricity demand is rising,followed by increasing coal consumption and SO2 emissions of SO2 pollution is serious ecological environment and people's living,and social development,meet huge loss.Environmental pollution is an important factor restricting China's economic development.Desulfuration by ammonia absorption has high removal rate and reaction rate.This paper take the application of hollow column directcontact,and take the liquor of NH4HCO3 as absorption liquid,the concentration of absorbing liquid,concentration of SO2 and the retention time are investigated weather they have effect on desulfurization efficiency and reaction rate.It turned out that:the higher concentration of absorption liquid,the faster reaction rate and the higher desulfurization degree;the higher concentration of SO2,the faster reaction rate but the lower desulfurization degree;and the higher atomization degree and more residence time,the higher desulfurization degree.
