摘  要:探讨了稀土铈掺杂纳米二氧化钛(纳米TiO2、Ce/TiO2和CeO2/TiO2)经口长期染毒对大鼠血清生化指标的影响。方法:以每只0.15 g/kg的初始剂量给大鼠灌胃染毒,每4天递增1.5倍剂量,共染毒28 d。采集测定各组大鼠第4、16、28 d血清生化指标的变化。结果:长期毒性第4和16 d TiO2、Ce/TiO2和CeO2/TiO2三组大鼠血清生化AST和LDH活力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。长期毒性的第28 d Ce/TiO2和CeO2/TiO2三组大鼠血清生化ALT活力明显高于对照组(P<0.05),Ce/TiO2组大鼠血清的BUN活力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:纳米TiO2、Ce/TiO2和CeO2/TiO2长期染毒对大鼠血清LDH、AST、ALT活力及BUN水平有不同程度的影响,与其他两组相比,纳米TiO2组对大鼠生化指标的影响最小。Objective :To explore the effect of rear-earth doped nano-titanium dioxide (nano-TiO2 , Ce! TiO2 and CeO2/TiO2 ) on serum biochemical indexes in mice. Methods:The mice were treated by oral dose of nano-TiO2, Ce! TiO2 and CeO2/ TiO2 powder at 0. 15 g/kg body weight at first , then add 15 times dose every 4 days , After 28 days the mice were sacrificed . and the serum were collected for biochemical analysis at 4,16,28 day. Results In the 4'h and 16'h day , the serum LDH and AST of three group were significantly higher than that of control( P〈0. 05 ). In the 28th day, the serum ALT of Ce/TiO2 and CeO2/TiO2 group were significantly higher than that of control( P〈0.05 ). And the serum BUN of Ce/TiO2 group were significantly higher than that of control(P〈0.05). Conclusions:The effect of nano-TiO2, Ce/ TiO2 and CeO2/TiO2 on mice serum LDH , AST and BUN may be different from each other , nano-TiO2 is the least one.
