基于核磁共振技术的代谢组学应用于艾滋病中医证候的研究述评

摘　　要：目的:探讨核磁共振代谢组学研究技术运用到艾滋病中医证候学研究的思路。方法:搜索近年来关于核磁共振代谢组学研究的相关文献,查找有关艾滋病的中医传统证候研究文献,并进行整理、分析、归纳。结果:随着核磁共振技术的不断成熟,现已被广泛应用于中医药等多个领域。结论:核磁共振技术的代谢组学研究为艾滋病中医证候的现代化提供有力的技术平台,为阐明艾滋病中医证候实质,构建艾滋病中医辨证论治理论体系提供了更深层次的科学依据。Objective ：To investigate the train of thought of applying NMR metabolomics technique into the research on TCM syndromes of AIDS. Methods：Literatures on NMR metabolomics research in recent years were collected and researches on TCM syndromes of AIDS were lookuped,organized,analyzed and summarized. Results：With the continous maturity of NMR techniques,they are now widely used in Chinese medicine and other fields. Conclusion：NMR metabolomics techniques provide strong technology platform for the modernization of TCM syndromes of AIDS,thus building a scientific basis of a deeper degree to clarify the essence of TCM syndromes of AIDS and construct the theoretical system for the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of AIDS.
