高效液相色谱法测定左金胃内滞留漂浮型缓释片中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱含量

摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定左金胃内滞留漂浮型缓释片中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱含量的方法。方法:用C18-BDS为固定相。乙腈-水-四氢呋喃-乙酸(51.0:48.0:0.9:0.1)为流动相。UV检测波长为:225 nm。结果:吴茱萸碱在0.02～0.20μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),吴茱萸次碱在0.019 6～0.196 0μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 8);回收率为99.02%;RSD为2.75%。结论:方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。Objective：To develop a method of applying HPLC for the determination of the content of evodiamine and rutaecarpine in intragastric floating sustained-release tablet of Zuojin Wan. Methods：C18-BDS was used as the stationary phase and acetonitrile-water-tetrahydorfuran-acetic acid（51 ： 48 ： 1 ： 0.8） as the mobile phase. The wavelength was 225nm detected by UV. Results： Evodiamine presented good linear relation in 0.02 - 0.20 μg（ r = 0. 999 9） while rutaecarpine presented good linear relation in 0.0196 - 0. 196 0 μg（r = 0.999 8） ;the recovery rate was 99.02% ;RSD was 2.75. %. Conclusion：This method is simple and convenient, accurate and has good reproducibility ,which can be used for content determination of intra-gastric floating sustained-release tablet of Zuojin Wan.
