生脉散加减治疗病毒性心肌炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨生脉散加减治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:将116例急性病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为对照组58例和治疗组58例。对照组用利巴韦林注射液0.5 g加维生素C注射液3.0 g静脉滴注,每日1次,同时口服辅酶Q10胶囊20 mg,每日3次;治疗组58例,在对照组的基础上加服生脉散加减(方药组成:党参16 g,麦冬25 g,五味子18 g,北沙参15 g,丹参25g,郁金12 g,瓜蒌皮15 g,生黄芪15 g,薤白10 g,炙甘草6 g)两组均以治疗1个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后评定疗效。结果:对照组58例,痊愈24例,有效18例,无效15例,有效率为74.14%。治疗组58例,痊愈35例,有效20例,无效3例,有效率为94.83%。两组经统计学处理,有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:生脉散加减具有增加心肌营养、改善心肌代谢等作用,对病毒性心肌炎有显著疗效。Objective：To explore the clinical effects of Shengmai San with addition and subtraction in the treatment of virall myocarditis. Methods：116 cases of acute vital myocarditis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with each of 58 ca ses. The control group was given intravenous drip of Ribavirin Injection O. 5 g and Vitamin C Injection 3.0 g, once everyday, and was given oral administration of Coenzyme QIO Capsules 20 mg, three times everyday ;the treatment group was given Shengmai San with ad dition and subtraction （Composition：Codonopsis 16 g, Ophiopogon japonicus 25 g, Schisandra ehinenesis 18g, Coasial Glehnia Root 15 g,Salvia 25g,radix curcumae 12 g,Pericarpium Triehosanthis 15 g,Astragalus 15 g,Allium macrostemon Bunge 10 g,Radix Glycyrrhi zae Preparata 6 g）. Both groups regarded one month as a course of treatment and then curative effects after two courses of treatment were evaluated. Results：In the control group （58 cases） ,24 cases were cured, 18 were effectively treated, 15 were ineffectively treated and the effective rate was 74.14% ;in the treatment group （58 cases） ,35 cases were cured,30 were effectively treated ,3 were ineffec tively treated and the effective rate was 94.83%. Comparison of the total effective rates between two groups showed that the difference had notable significance after being statistically analyzed （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Shengmai San with addition and subtraction has the effects of increasing myocardium nutrition, improving myocardium metabolism, and so on, which is remarkably effective in the treatment of viral myocarditis.
