痤疮的中医药治疗研究述评

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药治疗痤疮的方法和疗效。方法:总结、归纳近5 a关于中医药治疗痤疮的研究现状。结果:痤疮的中医药治疗取得了较大的进展,中医学认为本病的病机多与热、湿、痰、瘀及冲任失调有关,辨证以痰湿凝结为主,治疗采用化痰软坚之法。对于女性痤疮患者伴有月经不调,情绪因素影响明显的患者,多从肝肾论治,采用调摄冲任之法,临证选方多用丹栀逍遥散、柴胡疏肝散等疏肝理气的方剂加减治疗。结论:中医药治疗痤疮疗效确切,方法多样,且无不良反应。Objective ： To discuss the methods and curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine in treating acne. Methods ： Research actuality of acne treated by traditional Chinese medicine in recent 5 years were summarized and concluded. Results ： Traditional Chinese medicine had achieved great progress in treating acne. Pathogenesis of this disease was mostly related with heat, dampness, phlegm, blood stasis and imbalance of Chang channel and Ren channel from the perspective of TCM. The accumulation of phlegm and dampness was the major syndrome type, so the reducing phlegm and softening hardness therapy should be adopted. As for female acne patients who always had the situation of abnormal menstruation, and the patients who were always affected by emotional factors, they should be differentiated and treated from the liver and kidney, adopt the therapy of regulating Chong channel and Ren channel, and use Danzhi Xiaoyao San and Chaihu Shugan San to sooth liver and regulate qi by adding and subtracting. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine has definite curative effect and no side effect in the treatment of acne with various methods.
