摘　　要：目的:探讨中医治疗黄褐斑的研究概况。方法:归纳、总结、分析近10 a来中医治疗黄褐斑的相关文献。结果:黄褐斑是一种色素代谢障碍性皮肤病,中医治疗黄褐斑的方法多种多样,主要包括内治法、外治法和内外兼治法。结论:中医治疗黄褐斑独具特色,疗效确切。Objective ： To discuss the research overview on the treatment of chloasma by TCM. Methods ： Related literatures about chloas ma treated by TCM in recent ten years were collected, summarized and analyzed. Results ： Chloasma was a kind of dermotoses of pigment metabolism disturbance. Methods of treating chloasma by TCM were various, mainly including internal therapy, external therapy and combination of internal and external therapy. Conclusion：TCM has unique characteristics and definite curative effect in the treatment of chloasma.
