六指六穴点压及旋转屈伸手法治疗膝骨性关节炎的多中心临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过应用六指六穴点压结合旋转屈伸手法治疗膝性骨性关节炎的多中心临床研究,总结出一种安全、有效的治疗膝骨性关节炎的规范方法。方法:符合标准的216例患者,按随机原则分为两组,治疗组和对照组各108例,分别采用六指六穴点压及旋转屈伸手法和传统的手法进行治疗,治疗结束时和治疗结束后3个月从关节疼痛、肿胀、压痛、活动度及行走情况6个方面对患者进行疗效评定,同时进行安全性评价。结果:治疗结束时和治疗结束后3个月两组比较,治疗组疗效均显著优于对照组,两组均未见不良反应发生。结论:六指六穴点压及旋转屈伸手法可有效改善膝关节疼痛、提高膝关节功能,安全性好。Objective ：To conduct the the multi-center clinical study of treatment of knee osteoarthritis through the application of pressing on six acupoints with six fingers combined with rotary flexion and extension practices, in order to sum up the standard method of a safe and effective treatment for knee osteoarthritis. Methods ：216 patients who met the standard were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group with 108 cases in each group. The treatment group was given the treatment of pressing on six acupoints with six fingers combined with rotary flexion and extension practices while the control group was given traditional techniques. At the end of treatment and after three-month＇s follow-up, the efficacy and the safety evaluation were assessed at the same time from the six aspects, the joint pain, swelling, tenderness, range of motion and walking conditions. Results ： The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group at the end of treatment and after three-month＇s follow-up and there were no adverse effects in both groups. Conclusion ： The application of pressing on six acupoints with six fingers combined with rotary flexion and extension practices is effective in relieving knee pain and improving functions of the knee, which is also a highly safe method.
