刺络放血疗法临床应用述评

摘　　要：目的:探讨刺络放血疗法在临床应用中的情况。方法:收集2001年6月至2011年6月376篇刺络放血相关论文,对刺络放血治疗病种及使用刺络放血方法进行分析、归纳。结果:刺络放血疗法已广泛应用于内、外、妇、儿、皮肤等临床各科常见病和多发病的治疗,且疗效比较显著,临床可配合针灸、按摩、中药、刮痧等方法使用。结论:刺络放血疗法已被广泛应用于临床治疗中,今后还应加强刺络放血操作规范、疗效判定标准、适宜病种、作用机制等方面进行研究,并加强刺络放血工具的研制和开发。Objective：To investigate the application of pricking blood therapy in the clinic.Methods：376 papers related to pricking blood therapy from June 2001 to June 2011 were collected and diseases that could be treated by this therapy as well as the methods were analyzed and summarized.Results：Pricking blood therapy had been widely used in clinic for the treatment of the common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases of the internal department,department of surgery,gynecology,pediatrics and dermatology etc and achieved significant curative effects,which can be combined with the methods such as acupuncture,massage,Chinese medicinals,scraping in clinic.Conclusion：Pricking blood therapy has been widely used in clinical treatment.The study on pricking blood therapy should also be strengthened in the following aspects such as practices and evaluation standard,the appropriate disease and mechanism of action in the future,and research and development for the tools of pricking blood should also be strengthened.
