摘  要:百脉根作为一种优质的豆科牧草,现阶段在调制青贮饲料方面研究的很少,试验旨在通过百脉根对不同添加剂的响应来研究百脉根青贮的特性。试验以原料的含水量和添加剂为两因子,设置6个处理,分别是原料含水量设置鲜贮和晾晒2处理,添加剂采用对照、添加甲酸、添加蔗糖3个处理。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加甲酸和蔗糖极显著降低了青贮饲料的pH和氨态氮含量(P<0.01);添加甲酸和蔗糖极显著增加乳酸含量(P<0.01);同时,添加蔗糖显著增加了乙酸含量(P<0.05);青贮有效控制了硝酸盐的含量,而对其他各种养分却无显著的影响(P>0.05)。Lotus corniculatus L. is a kind of high quality leguminous forage, the study of silage modulation at present is very little. This experiment researched the characteristics of Lotus corniculatus L. though its response to different additive. The water content of raw materials and additives were used as 2-factors in this experiment and set 6 kinds of treatments. The content of the raw material was subdefined with two kinds of treatments: fresh storage and wilting. The 3 treatments of additive included control, adding formic acid, and adding sucrose. The results showed that compared with controls, adding formic acid and sucrose decreased the silage's pH and ammonia nitrogen content significantly(P〈0.01), increased the lactic acid content significantly(P〈0.01), meanwhile, adding sucrosencreased acetic acid content significantly(P〈0.05), and the nitrite content was effectively controlled, while other nutrients were not affected remarkably.
