摘　　要：维生素E是一种重要的必需营养素,具有很强的抗氧化作用,在机体内可以防止氧自由基造成的破坏作用,起着重要的保护功能。此外,维生素E还与动物的生殖、免疫等机能密切相关。文章对维生素E主要生物学功能及其应用进行了综述。Vitamin E emerged as an essential nutrient that functions as an antioxidant played an important protective function, such as preventing the damages which are caused by oxygen radicals in vivo. In addition, vitamin E is closely related to animal reproduction and immune function. Vitamin E and its primary biological function were reviewed in this paper, which can be considered as the reference for the research and utilization of vitamin E.
