两种免疫增强剂对SPF鸡注射ND疫苗免疫效果的影响

摘　　要：试验研究了沈氏免疫增强剂和乌梅黄酮对SPF鸡注射新城疫疫苗的免疫增强效果。结果表明,在25日龄添加沈氏免疫增强剂和注射乌梅黄酮后,ND-HI抗体显著高于对照组(P<0.05),添加沈氏免疫增强剂组和注射乌梅黄酮组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);血清中IL-10和TGF-β含量低于空白对照组和免疫抑制对照组,添加沈氏免疫增强剂组和注射乌梅黄酮组差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,两种免疫增强剂能对ND疫苗起增强作用。To explore the effects of two kinds of immunostimulants, Shen＇s immunostimulants and ebony flavonoids, on ND vaccine on SPF chickens. The results showed that the levels of ND-HI antibody in Shen＇s immunostimulants group and ebony flavouoids group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）, however, the level between two groups was no significant difference after 25-day-old. The concentration level of IL-10 and TGF-β in serum is slightly lower than the control group and immune suppression group（P〉0.05）. Therefore, the two kinds of immunostimulants can enhance role of the ND vaccine.
