紫柏凝胶治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药复方紫柏凝胶治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染的疗效,为中药治疗HR-HPV提供临床依据。方法收集中医诊断为湿热下注型带下病的宫颈HR-HPV感染者62例,治疗组32例用紫柏凝胶治疗,对照组30例不用药随诊观察,2个疗程后比较疗效。结果治疗组和对照组症状、体征评分和痊愈率分别为28.12%(9/32)、3.33%(1/30),有效率分别为90.63%(29/32)和30.00%(9/30),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01);病毒载量治愈率分别为37.5%(12/32)和10.00%(3/30),有效率分别为81.25%(28/32)和53.33%(16/30),治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组阴道镜Reid评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.01);治疗组宫颈液基薄层细胞学检测和病理特征均有明显改善,优于对照组。结论紫柏凝胶能有效改善宫颈HR-HPV感染者的临床症状、体征,显著降低病毒载量,改善宫颈细胞学检测及组织病理学指标,是治疗宫颈HR-HPV感染的有效药物。Objective To observe the effect of Chinese formulation Zibai Gel on cervical high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV) infection and provide the clinical evidence for Chinese medicine treatment.Methods Sixty-two cases of cervical HR-HPV infection patients(damp-heat downward syndrome) were divided into two groups.The treatment group(32 cases) was treated with Zibai Gel and control group(30 cases) was followed-up without treatment.The effects of the two groups was compared after two courses.Results The cure rate of symptom and sign score of treatment group and control group was 28.12%(9/32) and 3.33%(1/30) respectively,and the effective rate was 90.63%(29/32) and 30.00%(9/30),which of the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.01).The cure rate of virus load of treatment group and control group was 37.5%(12/32) and 10.00%(3/30) respectively,and the effective rate was 81.25%(28/32) and 53.33%(16/30) respectively.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The Reid score of vaginoscope of treatment group decreased obviously than control group(P<0.01).Liquid-based cervical cytology test and pathologic indexes of treatment group were better than control group.Conclusion Zibai Gel can effectively improve the clinical symptom and sign,reduce the virus load,improve the cytologic and pathologic characteristics of cervical HR-HPV infection patients.It is an effective drug in treating cervical HR-HPV infection.
