摘　　要：目的探讨艾滋病高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(HAART)相关高脂血症中医证候分布特点,为中医药治疗提供依据。方法对60例确诊的艾滋病HAART相关高脂血症患者的一般情况、症状、体征分布进行统计分析,使用因子分析的方法进行中医证候分布特点的研究。结果艾滋病HAART相关高脂血症人群年龄最大65岁,最小29岁。症状中疲乏占76.67%(46/60),体征以胖大舌、齿痕舌为主;证候分布以虚证的肾虚证为主,占16.67%(13/60),其次为脾虚痰阻和肝肾阴虚证,各占11.67%(7/60)。结论艾滋病HAART相关高脂血症属本虚标实之证,肾气亏虚,肝、脾、肾运化功能失常,是引起HAART相关高脂血症的重要病机,尤其是HAART治疗疗程较长的患者,与肾虚的程度明显相关,因此治疗更应加强健脾益肾、益气养心、活血化痰的治疗。Objective To probe into the distribution characters of TCM syndromes of AIDS HAART-related hyperlipidemia and provide basis for Chinese medicine treatment of HAART associated hyperlipidemia. Methods General conditions, symptoms and signs of 60 cases of AIDS HAART-related hyperlipidemia was analyzed, and distribution of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes was studied by factor analysis. Results The age of AIDS HAART-related hyperlipidemia patients ranged from 29 to 65. The main symptoms and signs were fatigue 176.67%）, enlarged tongue and tooth-marked tongue. Kidney deficiency was the most common syndrome （16.67%）, followed by phlegm stasis and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome （11.67%）. Conclusion AIDS HAART-related hyperlipidemia is syndrome of root deficiency and branch excess. Kidney Qi deficiency and dysfunctional in liver, kidney and spleen are the important pathogenesis of AIDS HAART-related hyperlipidemia patients. Kidney deficiency is more obvious in patients treated with HAART for longer course, which is significantly correlated with the degree of kidney deficiency. Therefore, treatments should emphasis on strengthening spleen and kidney, tonifying Qi and nourishing heart, invigorating blood and expelling phlegm.
