摘　　要：供热普遍采用定额收费制度,导致较严重的热能浪费现象。以沈阳某大学教师公寓为实证地点,通过对公寓地源热泵机房及住户安装测量设备,进行简易BEMS控制,对测量数据进行了分析,结果表明BEMS在不影响正常供暖的情况下,对热源机房供暖系统进行了有效地节能控制,为节能调控的进一步开发打下良好的基础。The quota charge is commonly applied in heating system currently, leading to serious heat energy waste. With measuring devices installed in the GSHP room and the residence, this paper carries out simple BEMS control in a university teachers apartment in Shenyang. Data analysis shows that BEMS performs ef- fective energy-saving control without affecing the normal heating system, leaving a good foundation for fur- ther development of energy-saving control.
