摘  要:目的建立活性炭对对叶百部总生物碱提取物进行脱色纯化处理方法。方法以温度、活性炭用量、时间及pH值为考察因素,总生物碱含量、脱色率为考察指标,确定最佳脱色工艺。结果最佳工艺为35℃下、每10 g原药材加入活性炭3 g、pH值6.4、吸附7 min,脱色率以分光光度计为65.8%,以目视比色计为0.362 5,总生物碱损失率为26.2%。结论活性炭脱色法可用于百部总生物碱的纯化处理。Objective To decolor and purify the total alkaloid extraction of Stemona tuberosa Lour. by using activated carbon. Methods The decoloration techonlogy of activated carbon was optimized with temperature, pH value, stirring time and the content of actived carbon as factors, and the content of total alkaloid and the decoloring rate as indexes. Results The optimal process was as follows: temperature was 35 ~C, the content of activated carbon was 3 g in 10 g raw medicinal material, pH:6.4, and the stirring time was 7 min. The percent of decolorization was 65.8% for spectrophotometer, 0.362 5 for visual colorimeter, and the total alkaloid loss rate was 26.2%.
