摘 要:锥形转子永磁电机具有与普通永磁电机不同的结构特点,电机的分析计算有其特殊性,以简化方法计算容易得出误差较大的结果。以三维有限元法分析了不同结构参数下锥形转子永磁电机的磁场分布,结果表明其磁场沿轴向分布比较均匀,并且气隙磁场随着转子轴向位移的增大线性降低。在此基础上,分析了锥角,转子轴向位移,永磁体形状等结构参数对交直轴电感、转矩等的影响,结果表明交直轴电感参数在不同的永磁体形状下随着转子轴向位移有着不同的变化趋势,锥角影响着交直轴电感的变化幅度,转矩随着转子轴向位移的增大而减小。同时计算分析的正确性通过样机实测值得到了验证。Taper permanent magnet motor has a structure different from universal permanent magnet mo- tor. Analysis and calculation of taper permanent magnet motor is special, and the reduced form method would lead to some inaccurate understanding. In this paper the 3D finite element method was adopted to analyze the magnetic field of the taper permanent magnet motor under different structure parameters, and the results indicated that the distribution of magnetic field along axial direction in taper permanent magnet motor is fairly uniform and the air gap field will decrease linearly when the axial displacement of rotor in- creases. Then the influence of structure parameters such as taper angle, axial displacement of rotor, shape of permanent magnet, on d-axis and q-axis inductances as well as torque was studied. It shows that the d-axis and q-axis inductances have different variation trends with axial displacement of rotor under different permanent magnet shapes, and taper angle affects the variation magnitude of the d-axis and q- axis inductances. Torque will decrease when the axial displacement of rotor increases. The validity of cal- culation and analysis is verified by experiment results of prototype.
