优质护理服务在肿瘤科的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:总结我科作为我院"创建优质护理服务示范工程"的第一批试点科室的阶段工作,分析成效,为推广及深化创建工作提供依据及指导。方法:随机抽取"示范工程"开展前后各8个月、肿瘤内科住院1周的病人160例,分别作为试验组和对照组,采用医院统一设计的病人满意度调查表并与同时期护理质量进行比较,观察不同时期的护理质量及病人满意度。结果:两组比较,试验组在护理质量及病人满意度方面均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"创建优质护理服务示范工程"的实践,增强了护理人员的责任心,提高了护理质量,增进了护患关系,提高了病人满意度。Objective ： Summarize our department＂ to create high - quality care demonstration project＂ （ referred to＂ demonstration project＂ ） of the first pilot phase in our hospital, analysis results, providing basis and guidance of the created work. Method：Selected the onoology patients hospitalized for eight months before or after＂ demonstration project＂ randomly as a survey, 160 cases were divided into experimental group and control group, compared the satisfaction using the unified hospital patient satisfaotion surveys and the quality of care in the same period, to observe the quality of care for different period and two sets of patients＇ satisfaction. Results ：The quality of care and patient satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The practice of＂ create high -quality oare demonstration project＂ enhance the sense of responsibility of nurses,improve the quality of care, enhance the nursepatient relationship and improve the patients＇ satisfaction.
