循征护理在肺栓塞患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理在肺栓塞患者护理中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月～2011年3月我科收治的9例肺栓塞患者应用循证护理的效果。结果:通过循证护理干预,2例治愈出院,7例好转出院。均未发生护理并发症,取得了满意效果。结论:循证护理实践不仅使护理人员学到了新知识,掌握了新技巧,提高了发现问题和解决问题的能力,而且为肺栓塞患者找到了最佳的护理措施,减少了并发症,使患者减少了痛苦。Objective：This study aimed to investigate the application of the evidence - based nursing to the patients with pulmonary embolism. Methods ：To retrospectively analyze the effect of the evidence - based nursing in nine patients with pulmonary embolism which were admitted to hospital in our department form January 2007 to March 2010. Results：Through evidence -based nursing intervention, two cases were cured, seven cases improved, no complications took place,it achieved a satisfactory result. Conclusion：The practice of the evidence- based nursing will not only help the nurses to learn new knowledge and master new skills, improve the ability of detecting problems and solving problems, but also contribute to find the best nursing care for the patients with pulmonary embolism ,it reduced the occurrence of complications and the patients＇ suffering.
