摘　　要：目的:探讨凝胶体位垫在骨科侧卧位手术中的应用及其护理干预方法。方法:2010年1月～2011年8月,我院收治84例需要侧卧位进行手术的骨科病人,随机将其分为试验组和对照组各42例,两组病人均给予常规护理干预,对照组病人继续应用海绵体位垫,试验组病人则给予凝胶体位垫,比较两组病人手术结束后皮肤的受压情况。结果:试验组病人皮肤受压情况明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:使用凝胶体位垫较普通体位垫可以更有效避免压疮的发生。Objective ： To investigate the gel pad position in the lateral position surgery in the orthopedic application of nursing interventions. Methods ： Orthopedic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to August 2011,84cases of lateral position for surgery were randomly divided into control group（ n = 42 ）and experimental group （n = 42）, two groups patients were given conventional nursing intervention, the control group patients still use sponge position mat,but the experimental group patients give gel pad position,two groups were compared in patients with surgery after the end of the compression of the skin. Results：The experimental group patients skin pressure and red pressure ulcer incidence was significantly lower than control group patients,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion ：The position of using the gel pad applications in surgery of patients with good results, can effectively avoid the occurrence of pressure sores.
