血管内皮细胞钙粘蛋白在2型糖尿病患者中的变化及意义  被引量:2

摘  要:IB的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血管内皮细胞钙粘蛋白(VEc)以及内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(N0)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)等的变化及其意义。方法对T2DM患者85例和健康人80例,测定VEC、ET、NO、NOS水平及血糖等,分析VEC等变化及其意义。结果T2DM组糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹血糖(VBG)、VEC、ET明显高于健康人组;VEC与HbAlC、EF呈正相关,NO与NOS呈正相关。结论血管内皮功能障碍可能是导致血管病变的原因,VEC、ET、NO、NOS可能参与T2DM患者血管病变的发生和发展,可作为T2DM大血管并发症发生的预测和检测指标。Objective To discuss the changes of VEC, ET, NO, NOS in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 85 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected, 80 healthy people as control. The levels of VEC, ET, NO, NOS were measured. The changes and their clinical significances were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in age, height, weight, lipid levels in the two groups of patients. Degrees of FBG, HbAlc, VEC, ET is higher in diabetics group than those of normal group. Degrees of NO, NOS were lower in diabetics group than those of normal group. VE-cadherin was significantly positive correlated with HbAlc, while ET was positive correlated with VE-cadherino NO was significantly positive correlated with NOS. Conclusions 1.The results of above studies confirmed vascular endothelial dysfunction may be contributing to vascular disease. VEC, ET, NO, NOS might be involved in pathophysiological process and can be acceptable as prediction and testing index of vascular complications in type 2 diabetes.
