摘　　要：选择30种全球核心药物,对其在基层的可及性进行调查。结果显示:调查药品在社区卫生服务中心和零售药店的可获得性均不高,在药店的可获得性低于社区卫生服务中心,品牌药的可获得性低于仿制药;原因主要是生产供应不足和合理用药知识欠缺;据此提出相应的建议。The accessib ility of thirty core global used drugs was surveyed at grassroots medical facilities. The results showed that the accessibility in community health service centre and drugstore were all poor. Community health service centre had easier access than in drugstore. The accessibility of brand drugs is poorer than generic drugs because of undersupply and poor knowledge about rational drug use.
