摘  要:近红外脉冲激光照明的距离选通成像技术能够有效降低后向散射的影响,提高夜间以及恶劣环境下光电成像系统的作用距离。针对近红外激光距离选通成像系统的设计需要,以系统输出信噪比大于该目标的形状和识别概率所对应的人眼阈值信噪比为原理,在微光成像系统作用距离公式的基础上,添加主动照明系统的影响因素,建立了近红外激光距离选通成像系统的作用距离模型。该模型得到的结果和实际系统实验结果相比具有很好的一致性,表明该模型合理,可靠。在近红外激光距离选通成像系统的设计过程中,可以用此模型对系统进行作用距离预测。The range gated imaging technique based on near infrared pulsed laser illumination can reduce the influence of backscatter effectively, so it can improve the operating distance of the optical imaging system in night and adverse envi- ronment. According to the needs of the design and analysis of near infrared system, With the system output SNR is greater than the targets shape and the recognition probability corresponding to the human visual threshold SNR principle, Based on LLL imaging system operating distance formula, add active illumination system effect factors, established a near infrared laser range gated imaging operating distance model. The forecasting results and the actual experimental re- sults have good consistency which indicate that the method is reasonable, reliable. This method can be used to analyze the design and function in many kinds of near infrared system, and may also apply to forecast the operating distance in the near infrared system.
