摘　　要：创新型水路运输工程人才,是指具有创新性思维、能够创造性地解决水路运输工程问题的人才。培养创新型水路运输工程人才,要改变主要由高校单独承担培养交通科技人才的线性培养模式,形成多层次、多渠道和多主体参与的学研产相互协调、紧密配合的水路运输工程人才培养模式。Innovative talents waterborne transport engineering are persons with innovative ideas who solve problems of waterborne transport in a creative way.To train innovative talents of waterborne transport engineering,we should change the linear training mode which is mainly undertaken by the universities alone and form one characterized by ？multi-level,multi-channel and multi-agent,in which,industry,learning and research are coordinated with each other.
